I thought of Butter magazine(TM) and Butter Channel(TM). Could a Brown man work for such a company? Can he be a shareholder in Subway(TM) restaurants? Could he have founded Subway(TM) Restaurants? Could he have cultivated and developed a product called Peanut Butter? Could he start a website called 'Butter'? Yes; he could do all of these things since he is a human being. If you want to buy the trademark known as Butter Magazine(TM) or Butter Channel(TM), the cost is free but you must pay a $1.00 to confirm the contract in law for good consideration since it is owned by someone, is in use and cannot be registered by anyone else. I am very sorry but hear when someone says he is offering Butter Channel(TM) or Butter Magazine(TM) for free. You do not have to kill or sabotage anyone. The word Butter(TM) was not claimed by us. But, maybe your ancestry knows that Butter and the making of it in usual domestic chores was their territory. But, who would be confessing their lack of education, criminal intention to kill or sabotage someone for a trademark and also their obsessive intention about butter as some kind of territory or duty in their emotions. Is butter and its promotion your duty?

Who ever may have been the  first person to say  that he was dealing with monkeys in a suit was speaking about his experience in dealing with white men from the Western hemisphere  some time after 1833 after slavery was abolished in the British empire. Slavery did not have a complexion as in red or white you see so I am not entirely sure what you are asking. What are you aftah?

IT was never claimed as a trademark before we started this little brand and we intend to turn it into a wine label soon if you don't phone in the next 5 days. We don't need it since we are about to start Fromage Magazine(TM) and Fromage Channel(TM) or maybe Cakes Channel(TM); i don't know but please call if you are interested.   The $1.00 evidences the requirement that it be transferred contractually  for money or moneys worth in contract. This is known as consideration.
