Canada is celebrating its 150th anniversary with one of its neighboring great lake cities; Chicago to join in and help the celebrations.

You can fly into to Toronto Pearson Airport or you can take your Private plane and land at one of the smaller airports in the general area. The Fairmont, Royal York offers absolutely excellent and well preserved old world charm and is perfect for a meditative and historical getaway. The location's history and the hotel is ideal to celebrate the 150th anniversary of this budding and fledgling baby nation that struggles with significant teething problems. The problems are usually categorized as an identity crisis but there is still a great deal to enjoy for the family in spite of the identity crisis in the minds and hearts of the Canadian people. The real issue may not be identity but a neutered Canadian experience as many Canadians have not met other Canadians who know how to hunt and skin a moose. I met a few individuals coincidentally who have had this regular family experience in the year 2007 and they shared their joy and bliss in the hunting experience while we waited in line at a local bank that was offering free coffee and mobile phones for every new account opening. It seems Canada is getting smaller in terms of population and it is always quite beautiful but it remains pleasant nonetheless and the bacon here is usually as good as the bacon any where else in the world except it cannot bypass the quality of the hot, sultry and smokey bacon you can find in Holland.

You just want to lick and whip that salty and sweaty pig down your throat. If you would like to make reservations at one of Toronto's historical hotels, please contact the hotel directly or if you need help with any questions or directions, you can contact Angel Ronan Consulting and we will take our shirt off for you if necessary to help you find your way. What a hot day; I think I will get a breakfast Sandwich at Carl's Juniors in Chicago. Happy Birthday 150th birthday to the fledgling nation! Good things go in Ontario.
